Mr and Mrs Mahi Movie 2024 Plot
The virtue of an arranged marriage carries Mahendra, a failed cricketer, and Mahima, a doctor. Having the identical nickname, Mahi, they evolve Mr. and Mrs. Mahi together, akin to the nickname of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. They shortly find their common love and passion for cricket.
Finally, Mr. Mahi spots cricketing skill in his wife when he notices her smashing tennis ball sixes and inspires her to follow her dream of evolving as a cricketer.
Mrs. Mahi finally gives up her profession as a doctor and carries strike on her cricketing journey. The tagline of the movie is ‘AN IMPERFECTLY PERFECT PARTNERSHIP’.

A critic for Bollywood Hungama gave the movie 3.5 stars out of 5 and noted “Mr & Mrs Mahi is a decent flick with the work, plot and a clap-worthy break point as its USP.”
Saibal Chatterjee of NDTV gave 2 stars out of 5 stars to the film and said”The conflicting and convoluted messaging is a mishit that anchors nowhere.”
Shubhra Gupta of The Indian Express commented “The movie is offering us a romantic comedy nestled in India’s favorite sports, which in bend is nestled in the tropes of the family-entertainer film.”
Sukanya Verma of Rediff.com gave 3 stars out of 5 stars and stated”I liked how the movie discovers excitement in Mahendra and Mahima’s dull lives and changes their humdrum existence into an ode to second chances.”

The songs for the movie are written by Aadesh Shrivastava, Tanishk Bagchi, Vishal Mishra, Jaani, Hunny-Bunny, Achint-Yuva, and Dhruv Dhalla. “Dekha Tenu” is inspired by “Batiyan Bujhai Rakhdi” by Shazia Manzoor.
