Eagle is an Indian Telugu-language action thriller movie released in 2024 which was composed and directed by Karthik Gattamneni and produced by T. G. Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla under People Media Factory. This movie contains actors like Ravi Teja in the titular role alongside Anupama Parameswaran, Kavya Thapar, Insane Ashraf, Vinay Rai, and Navdeep.
The movie was officially declared on the date of 12 June 2023. The background score and soundtrack were written by Davzand, with cinematography and editing managed by Gattamneni himself.
Eagle was published in theatres worldwide on the date of 9 February 2024 and got mixed reviews from analysts and viewers.

Critical Reception
Paul Nicodemus of The Times of India rated 3 out of 5 stars and noted, “While the movie may work to keep a constant narrative pace, its action sequences and Ravi Teja’s acting stands out as highlights and compensate for the lacunae”.
123Telugu rated 2.75 out of 5 stars and noted “Eagle negotiates with a global problem, and the second half is engaging for the most part. Ravi Teja’s new avatar, his subtle acting, and great action sequences are the excellence of the film. The director’s idea to offer a new-age action movie is admirable, but the film goes overboard at times with annoying dialogues and build-up scenes. Even, the first half required much more useful performance”.
Avad Mohammed of OTTplay rated 2.5 out of 5 stars and noted, “Eagle is a stylized action drama that has some amazing fight series in the second half. Ravi Teja destroys it in his new look and strong role. But the storyline lacks originality, emotions do not perform, and the setup is a bit over the top.
All those who love action movies can give this movie a shot”. Janani. K of India Today rated 2.5 out of 5 stars and noted “‘Eagle’ has some clever action pieces and the slow-motion shots promote those sequences. Where it lacks is in its writing. It requires more punch and new concepts to keep things going for over two and a half hours. It conveys exhausting to see people sing recognition of the hero without pushing the story forward.”
Raghu Bandi of The Indian Express rated 2 out of 5 stars and noted “Eagle might not be a poor watch if you harden your anticipations. It is not a standard Ravi Teja movie”.
Balakrishna Ganesan of The News Minute rated 1.5 out of 5 stars and noted: “‘Eagle’ attempts its most useful to mimic ‘KGF’, but director Karthik Gattamneni fails to pull off Prashanth Neel’s grip over direction and screenplay”.
Venkat Ariketla of Great Andhra rated a 1.5/5 rating and noted that “General, “Eagle” does all vidwansham on screen, shooting all the rupees the producer has shown in the name of action episodes.
However, none of these “heavy action episodes” deliver a thrilling experience. By the end of the movie, you feel like you’re watching a long-drawn-out war. There is also a hint of another “Yuddhakanda” in the second part.”
Ram Venkat Srikar of Film Companion noted, “Eagle focus to be various but some of its innovative options feel are suitable While it’s hard not to be reminded of some movies while watching Eagle, there are points where it does fly high. But you only hope it soared higher”.
Sangeetha Devi Dundoo of The Hindu noted “Director Karthik Gattamneni’s ‘Eagle’, headlined by Ravi Teja, has a lot of fascinating ideas and fun action elements but requires sharper writing”.
